I wasn’t happy in my corporate job, so I decided to pursue a career in hair. I wasn’t sure what to expect out of this big life change. I remember being really nervous the first time I ever cut someone’s hair, but as I kept learning, I gained new confidence and passion for this industry. Seeing a haircut come together and making someone feel beautiful became more and more rewarding. I went through schooling for Cosmetology in 2007, and I started at Just Kuts in 2010. I thought cutting hair would just be a stepping stone in my career, and I would go back to a full-service salon, but it wasn’t long before I knew that cutting hair was the career for me!

My whole life I was always a people person and in this line of work you meet new people everyday. Building connections with people is just as important to me as making sure you receive a haircut that you love! I try to make every visit a fun and relaxing one. If you can laugh and joke around we will get along great!
